Handoko Suwono lives in Surabaya, Indonesia. He has previous teaching experience (while in the university) and giving computer courses within his own company. He personally has the capabilities of implementing computer networks, internet-email applications for office use, internet related services such as web designing and generating promotional mailing lists.

Since 1981 he had specialized in computer training, maintenance and consultancy. The mission is using easily to adapt ICT facilities to serve the community and lower the digital divide.

Other projects involve installing indoor wifi facilities for customer offices, of which he stands as IT consultant, ie making tender offer within operational and reliable budget. He also wants to help provide a reliable internet access for the local community using wifi standards and implement free and open source software.

As an entrepreneur he has particular interests in company mergers and acquisitions, internet marketing, reading financial statements and applying accounting principles as part of the administration process.
